Fish Croquetas
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil for frying
500 grams fish fillet (Boiled and Flaked)
2 potatoes (Boiled and Mashed)
1 small onion (Minced)
1 tsp garlic (Minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (Chopped)
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
2. Fry in the heated oil until golden brown. |
3. Serve with Romesco sauce. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
