Grilled Cream Dory with Cabbage and Radish Slaw
Ingredients:
2 fillets Cream dory
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp Minced Garlic (fresh or fried chips)
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup Cabbage thinly sliced (I used purple ones)
1/4 cup Red radish (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup Fresh Dalandan juice
2 tbsp Cane vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Butter

Directions:
- Marinate the fish fillets in lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Prepare the slaw by slicing the cabbage and radish and chopping the parsley. Set aside and chill in the fridge.
- Combine the Dalandan juice, vinegar, sugar and 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Heat a grill pan with butter and olive oil.
- Cook the fillets for about 1-2 minutes on each side depending on the thickness.
- Dress the salad with the vinaigrette once ready to serve.
- Plate and Enjoy! :)
