Tuna and Tomato Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
1 canned tuna
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp butter
1 tsp butter
Salt and Pepper
1 egg (scrambled)
3-4 pcs cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp olive oil
Serves 1.
Directions:
- Heat tuna in a lightly greased pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add some butter and parsley. Set aside.
- Sauté some cherry tomatoes in olive oil.
- Add the scrambled egg with parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Plate and Enjoy! :)
