Tuna and Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
1 canned tuna
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp butter
Salt and Pepper
1 egg (scrambled)
3-4 pcs cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil

Serves 1.

Directions:
  1. Heat tuna in a lightly greased pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add some butter and parsley. Set aside.
  3. Sauté some cherry tomatoes in olive oil.
  4. Add the scrambled egg with parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Plate and Enjoy! :)
