Baked Haloumi and Grilled Salami and Paprika Ham Sandwiches
Butter
Bread of your choice
Haloumi cheese
Salt and Pepper
Cold cuts of your choice
Directions:
| 1. Season the haloumi with salt and pepper and bake for about 2 minutes and set aside. |
| 2. Butter the bread and grill. I just used normal white bread. |
| 3. Grill until you get the golden brown colour. |
| 4. Add the cold cuts from your favourite deli. |
| 5. Assemble and top with the baked haloumi. |
| 6. Serve with the side dish or condiment of your choice. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
