Baked Chicken Adobo
Ingredients:
2 chicken legs
6 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic granules (optional)
Salt and Pepper
Serves 2.
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
- Score the chicken legs to make sure the flavours are absorbed. Also, to ensure the meat is cooked all the way through.
- Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire and oyster sauce and garlic granules and pour over the chicken. Season with some salt and pepper.
- Marinate for about 15-20 minutes. You can directly do this in a baking tray or an aluminum tray.
- Bake for about an hour.
- Serve with rice, egg (I made a soft boiled one) and some veggies.
- Plate and Enjoy! :)
