Fish Be With You: Aligue and Shitake Fried Rice



Aligue and Shitake Fried Rice


Ingredients:
1 tsp Olive oil
1 small Onion (minced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 pcs small Shitake mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp Aligue
2 tbsp fresh Basil (chopped)
Salt and Pepper
1-2 cups Cooked rice
Poached Egg (optional)

*Serves 2 people.


Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and caramelise the onions.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Aligue.
  5. Add the basil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Add the rice and mix until well combined.
  7. Plate and Enjoy! :)
