All About Pasta: Super Easy Creamy Tuna Pasta


Creamy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
1 tbsp ginger
2 cans tuna chunks
1 cup cream
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp cayenne
Salt and Pepper
3 tbsp mozzarella or cheddar cheese (grated)
Pasta of your choice
Cherry tomatoes cut in half (optional)


Directions:

1. Sauté the onions in the olive oil until translucent.

2. Add garlic.

3. Cook until golden brown.

4. Add the tuna.

5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.  Add salt and pepper.

6. Add the cream.

7. Simmer for about 3-5 minutes on low fire.  Add the parsley.

8. Stir and add the cayenne.  Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed.

9. Add the cheese.  I used mozzarella but you can also use cheddar or parmesan.

10.  Cook the pasta as per package instructions.  I used tri-color fusilli. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
Plate and Enjoy! :)
