Egg, Kani and Veggie Breakfast Wrap
3 tbsp corn
3 tbsp green peas
4 pcs kani sticks (cut into 1 cm pieces)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
plain/ garlic/ herb wraps
Salt and Pepper
Mayo and Chilli (optional)
Directions:
| 1. Prepare the corn, peas and kani. |
| 2. Crack the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. |
| 3. Add the parsley and cheese. |
| 4. Scramble and set aside. |
| 5. Heat the veggies and kani in a pan with the oil for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. |
| 6. Set aside. |
| 7. Place the scrambled eggs in the same pan. |
| 8. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes. |
| 9. Set aside. |
| 10. Assemble on top of the wrap. Add mayo and roll. |
| 11. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
