Beef Salpicao
Ingredients:
500g Beef Sirloin or Ribeye
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili flakes
3 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp butter
Directions:
1. Cut beef into 1 inch cubes. |
2. Combine half of the chili flakes and the rest of the ingredients except for the olive oil and butter. |
3. Marinate for 10 minutes. |
4. Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan. |
5. Add the remaining chili flakes. I'm using the same method for making aglio olio :) |
6. Add the garlic. Usually the garlic is finely chopped for this dish, but I decided to use the aglio olio method so I made thin slices instead. |
7. Cook the garlic for about a minute or until golden brown then add the beef. |
8. Cook for about 5-6 minute on high heat. |
9. Garnish with some more fried garlic and chives. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
