Ginisang Sitaw with Tofu
2 tbsp canola oil
1 small ginger (sliced)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
100g pork (minced)
1 tomato (sliced)
1 packet long beans (cut 3 inches long)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sriracha or sambal
1 tbsp sesame oil
Salt and Pepper
1 packet Chinese tofu
Wild rice (optional)
Directions:
| 1. Sauté the ginger. |
| 2. Add the onions. Cook until translucent. |
| 3. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown. |
| 10. Add the oyster sauce, sriracha and sesame oil. |
| 11. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the long beans are tender. |
| 12. Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed. Add the tofu. |
| 13. Stir and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes. |
| 14. Serve with wild rice. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
