Anything Goes Cheeseburger
Ingredients:
250 grams mined pork
250 grams minced beef
1 egg
2 tbsp mustard seeds
1 small onion (minced)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried spices (oregano, rosemary, basil)
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
hamburger buns
| 250 grams pork and 250 grams beef |

Directions:
| 1. Combine Meat, Spices and the Egg. |
| 2. Add the breadcrumbs and mix together. Don't over mix to avoid making the meat tough. |
| 3. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. |
| 5. Cook the patties in an oiled grill pan or normal frying pan on medium heat. |
| 6. Cook the patties for about 6-8 minutes on each side. |
| 7. Grill the hamburger buns for about a minute. |
| 8. Garnish with your cheese (above: gouda and edam) and condiments of choice. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
