French Toast
Ingredients:
Fresh fruits for garnish (optional)
Sausage or Bacon (optional)
2 eggs
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter
6 pcs bread slices
Directions:
| 1. Prepare fresh fruits of your choice for garnish. Set aside. Above, I chose pretty blueberries and strawberries :) |
| 2. Sauté the sausage. Set aside. |
| 3. Prepare the batter. Combine the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. |

| 4. Whisk until well-combined. |
| 5. Soak the bread in the batter for about 10 seconds on each side. |
| 6. Melt the butter in a heated pan. I used my crêpe pan :p |
| 7. Place the soaked bread on the heated pan. |
| 8. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. |
| 9. Stack em up! |
| 10. Serve with the sausage and garnish with the fruits. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
