Fish Be With You: Grilled Teriyaki Salmon


 Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet
1 tbsp butter
Salt and Pepper
Juice of half a lemon
Teriyaki sauce

Directions:

1. Marinate the fish for about 10-15 minutes in salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce.
I learned how to make teriyaki sauce from scratch from my cooking class, but today  just used store-bought
  Kikkoman teriyak sauce :p

2. Put the butter on the heated pan.  I used my grill pan to get those awesome grill marks :)

3. Add the salmon slices.

4. Cook for about a minute on each side.  Very nice grill marks there!

5. Drizzle a little bit more teriyaki sauce.  Plate and Enjoy! :)
