Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice: Banana Berry Smoothie

Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries)
Banana
Milk
Whipped cream (optional)
Sugar (optional)
Grenadine syrup (optional)


Directions:

1. Place the fruits in a blender.

2. Add the milk and sugar.  Blend.

3. Put some ice in a tall glass and add some grenadine syrup.
Pour in the smoothie and top with whipped cream.
Serve and Enjoy! :)
