Meaty Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 tbsp bacon bits
1/4 cup luncheon meat (diced)
1 Chinese sausage (sliced thinly)
1 small onion (chopped)
1/4 cup frozen green peas (thawed)
1/4 cup frozen corn (thawed)
2 eggs (scrambled)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and Pepper
Garlic chips (optional)
Directions:
1. Sauté the bacon bits for about 2 minutes. Add the luncheon meat and sausage. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. |
2. Add the onions and cook until translucent. |
3. Move to one side of the pan and then pour in the scrambled egg. Cook until eggs have set. |
4. Mix together and cook for about a minute. |
5. Add the parsley and rice then stir. Season with salt and pepper. |
6. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
