All About Pasta: Cold Udon Noodles


Cold Udon Noodles

Ingredients:

Udon noodles
Kikkoman Hontsuyo sauce
Shabu-shabu beef
Naruto fish cake (sliced thinly)
Kani (fried)
Egg (poached or soft boiled)


Directions:

1. Prepare the udon sauce by following the instructions.
2. Keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
3. Poach or Soft-boil an egg and leave in cold water to stop the cooking process.
4. Boil the udon noodles and also leave in an ice bath.
5. Lightly heat up some naruto fish cake slices and set aside.
6. Cut the kani in half and deep-fry to give a different texture to the dish.
7. Cook some shabu-shabu beef.
8. Remove the noodles from the water and place in a bowl.
9. Pour in the udon sauce.
10. Prepare the toppings.
11. Plate and Enjoy! :)
