Mango-Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 large ripe mango (See this video on how to peel a mango -> here)
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Peel the mangoes and bananas and place them in a blender.
2. Add the water, milk and sugar.
3. Blend.
4. Chill in the fridge or pour over a tall glass with ice.
5. Serve and Enjoy! :)
