Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients:
Butter
Cold cuts of your choice
Cheese of your choice
Bread of your choice
Salt and Pepper (optional)
Directions:
| 1. Grease the grill pan (or any ordinary frying pan) with some butter. |
| 2. Heat up the cold cuts (above: spicy salami) for a few seconds and then set aside. |
| 3. Also used some leg ham. Set aside. |
| 4. In the same pan, slightly grill the bread for a few seconds then set aside. I used country bread. |
| 5. Assemble the meats on the bread. |
| 6. Add the cheese. I used havarti and cheddar. |
| 7. Put the sandwich back in the pan. |
| 8. Grill for about a minute on each side or until you have the beautiful grill marks. If you are using a normal pan, heat up until you get that lovely golden brown colour. |
| 9. Serve with your favourite side or condiment (above: smoked artichokes and pickled red cabbage). Plate and Enjoy! :) |
