Cluck Cluck: Masala Fried Chicken Wings

Masala Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

Chicken wings
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup masala mix
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper


Directions:

1. Combine the olive oil and herbs and spices.  Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.

2. Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side.

3. I didn't use any breading so the colour is a bit darker than the usual golden brown.

4. Place in a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

5. Serve with pasta or rice.  Plate and Enjoy! :)
