French Beans, Carrots and Chinese Sausage
Ingredients:
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 small carrot (sliced into small pieces)
1 packet french beans (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 Chinese sausage (slice diagonally)
1/4 cup chicken stock
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Sauté garlic and onions for about 2 minutes. This would be a good time to add the sausage. |
2. Add the veggies. |
3. Season with salt and pepper then add the chicken stock. |
4. I forgot to add the sausage after cooking the garlic and onions, so I just added it at this stage. |
5. Simmer for about 5 minutes. |
6. Add the oyster sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Simmer until the veggies are tender. |
7. I was going out to serve this to a few friends so I placed it in a take-away container. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
