Spicy Pork Bulgogi on Rice Noodles
Ingredients:
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 small carrot (sliced thinly)
1 small capsicum (sliced thinly)
2 tbsp garlic (minced)
500 grams shaved pork (marinated in Bibigo's Hot & Spicy Bulgogi BBQ Sauce)
250 grams rice noodles (prepared per packet instructions)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
| 1. Marinate the pork in the Bulgogi sauce for at least 1 hour. Sauté the carrots and capsicum in the canola oil for about 2 minutes. Set aside. |
| 2. Sauté 1 tbsp garlic until golden brown. |
| 3. Add the pork. |
| 4. Cook for about 5 minutes. Set aside. |
| 5. Place the carrots and capsicum back into the pan. Add the parsley. Cook for about another 3-5 minutes. Set aside. |
| 6. In the same pan, add the rest of the garlic and cook until golden brown. |
| 7. Add the rice noodles and cook as per packet instructions. |
| 8. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. |
| 9. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
