Oink Oink!: Spicy Pork Bulgogi on Rice Noodles

Spicy Pork Bulgogi on Rice Noodles

Ingredients:

1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 small carrot (sliced thinly)
1 small capsicum (sliced thinly)
2 tbsp garlic (minced)
500 grams shaved pork (marinated in Bibigo's Hot & Spicy Bulgogi BBQ Sauce)
250 grams rice noodles (prepared per packet instructions)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and Pepper


Directions:

1. Marinate the pork in the Bulgogi sauce for at least 1 hour.  Sauté the carrots and capsicum in the canola oil for about 2 minutes.  Set aside.

2. Sauté 1 tbsp garlic until golden brown.

3. Add the pork.

4. Cook for about 5 minutes.  Set aside.
5. Place the carrots and capsicum back into the pan.  Add the parsley.
Cook for about another 3-5 minutes.  Set aside.

6. In the same pan, add the rest of the garlic and cook until golden brown.

7. Add the rice noodles and cook as per packet instructions.

8. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.


9. Plate and Enjoy! :)
