1 packet or 250 grams of mushrooms (sliced)
1 tbsp fresh chives (finely chopped)

Directions:
1. Cook the burger patties for about 4-6 minutes on each side depending on the size of your patties. Set aside. |
2. In the same pan, add 2 tbsp of butter. |
3. Add the mushrooms. I used porcini mushrooms. |
4. Stir and make sure all the mushroom pieces are coated with the butter. Cook for about 5 minutes. |
5. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender. Set aside. |
6. In the same pan, add the remaining butter, cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook in low heat for about 3-5 minutes. I didn't make roux as usually when I do it, it fails :p |
