Mini Fruit Tarts
Ingredients:
Fresh fruits of your choice (cut the bigger fruits in small pieces)
2 tbsp fruit jam or marmalade
1 tbsp water
Shortcrust tart shells
Pastry cream/ Custard (will post the recipe separately)
Directions:
1. Heat the jam or marmalade and add the water. Let cool and brush the fruits lightly to give them a nice shine. |
2. Put some custard in the tart shells. |
3. Smoothen the tops. |
4. Top with the glazed fruits. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. |
5. Plate and Enjoy! :) |
